Maternity system guidance – I cover the Northwest hospitals, birth centres, and offer support for home births alongside private and independent midwives across the region.
Help preparing your birth plan to share with your care givers at hospital if relevant.
Practical support preparing for your new arrival – light house work duties, stocking up the freezer with nutritious home cooked meals are just several examples. This would be tailored to your specific wishes.
I also cover all aspects of new born behaviour and what this can look like in the post natal period.
Support for your partner if relevant in terms of what to expect and managing expectations.
Support from me via phone, WhatsApp, email leading up to your baby being born and until your baby is 4 weeks old.
